I actually don't know where to start!   To be honest I don't ever think we can applaud you and all the staff members in the Sheraton enough for the truly professional production.  You made a promise and you certainly exceeded expectations in the delivery.  Each and every single staff member.
The food was second to none throughout the event.  Attention to detail, flavour, quality of the produce, display, timely delivery and wonderful choices again exceeded expectations.
