Sheraton Fitness offers a comprehensive schedule of fitness classes that change regularly throughout the year, and run morning, lunch time & evening, you can choose from gym classes to suit all levels of fitness and skill. They are also built in to the cost of your membership and room rate for hotel guests. Booking in advance is advisable and can be done for the classes up to a week ahead.
